YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

I know it’s dark, where you are.
I know you can’t see.
I know you’re confused and lost, scared and alone.
I know sometimes you’re in so much pain you scream at the sky,
begging for relief.
I also know you’re committed.
You’re fiercely, unwaveringly devoted
to keep going.
You’re not turning back, no matter how bad it gets,
You’re never giving up.
You know in your heart there is healing for you
for all of us.
On the other side of this abyss
And you’re willing to brave the fire,
to stand naked in the freezing rain,
to smash your own heart against the rocks,
as many times as it breaks.
You’re willing to let everything go,
give everything up,
to tear yourself from the inside out
to start over
and over
and over again.
as many times as it takes.
to wake yourself up from the numbness
to break away from old ideas of yourself
in order to shatter back into contact
with your own true nature

And all I can tell you, that may help, is this: YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

  5. I couldn’t believe how timely this was for me. I am going through one of the hardest things I have faced in my life, often feeling abandoned and uncared for. But I know I will keep on going and, most of all, break away from old ideas of myself. Thank you for affirming that I am not alone.
